Terms of Service

1. The service

SiteStack provides tools to build, host and manage websites for local businesses, including booking and inquiry forms and domain management ("the Service").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including sites you build for your clients.

3. Your clients and content

• You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to use it, including images, logos and testimonials.
• Testimonials must be genuine. Do not publish fake reviews, false business details or misleading claims.
• You are responsible for your agreements with your own clients, including what you charge them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, spam, phishing, or to collect data from visitors without a lawful basis.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Domains

Domain registrations are processed by a third-party registrar, are subject to the registrar's and registry's terms, and are only complete when the registrar confirms them. Domains renew annually at the then-current price unless auto-renew is disabled. If registration fails, the domain charge is refunded.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We do not promise any search-engine ranking.

8. Termination

We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms. You may export your content and close your account at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
